Our expert instructor is here to guide you on a musical journey like no other. Important topics we cover in lessons are practice routines, warmups, skill builders, building a music vocabulary on your instrument, improvisation, instrument maintenance, tuning, and so much more. Cancellation Policy

Tuition is due in advance. Tuition payments may be paid online, or in-person with cash, debit, or credit card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash app, Apple Pay, Google Pay and, PayPal. Monthly invoices are emailed or auto-pay can be set up with a pricing plan. No refunds. Failure to pay on time will result in late fees of $10 per day and students may be refused a session. Returned payments are subject to fees of up to $40. Monthly tuition rates are based on an average of the days Singing-Studios is open per year. For this reason, the same monthly tuition is due regardless of holidays and closings. Attendance is important. Each lesson builds upon the last. To obtain the best results, please be on time and maintain good attendance. Absences: Should a student need to cancel a session, please call/text 817-925-6446. Should the instructor need to cancel a lesson or class, a makeup, video lesson or a credit will be offered. With a minimum of 24 hours notice and an email address, private lesson students will be offered a video lesson. (Only 1 absence is allowed per month.) Classes do not qualify for makeup or video lessons. Closings: Singing-Studios is closed for major holidays. Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and the day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. In addition to the major holidays, Singing-Studios is closed for a week in the spring, summer, and winter to allow our instructors to rejuvenate. Dates will be announced but typically are the 2nd week of March, late June or early July, and the last week of December. Discontinuing/Termination: Should a student/parent choose to discontinue private lessons or a class, 2 weeks’ notice is required. 4 weeks’ notice is necessary to stop auto pay. Singing-Studios reserves the right to terminate services. Students and their escorts are expected to be respectful. Destructive or poor behavior will not be tolerated. Damage to instruments is the cost responsibility of the student/guardian. Entry Procedure: The front door is kept locked for safety purposes. Please knock or ring the doorbell. You are also welcome to text your instructor upon arrival. We are a Home Studio and 2 dogs are present in the home. Please let us know if you have any phobias. Student Safety: Instructors have passed a background check. There is a video camera in the music lesson studio. Sessions may be recorded. We encouraged escorts of minor children to wait in our waiting area.
