Policies & Procedures
TUITION
Tuition is due before the class or lesson begins. Auto payment Pricing Plans are required for all online lessons, courses and classes. In-Person Lesson may also sign up for auto payments through Pricing Plans an Invoice for payment will be emailed monthly. Tuition payments may be made in person or online. Tuition payments are accepted in cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, C ash App, or Visa and Master Card. NO REFUNDS.

ABSENCES AND ATTENDANCE
Absences- Should a student need to cancel a lesson, please contact us as soon as possible. With 24-hour notice, a video lesson will be offered. Otherwise, Lesson is forfeited. With 2 week's notice of an absence, a credit will be issued at your next billing cycle. Should your instructor need to cancel a lesson a credit will be issued at your next billing cycle.
Classes and Courses are not eligible for make-up lessons or credits. Tuition is due whether you attend or not. Should the instructor need to cancel a class, a make-up class will be offered.

Attendance- Attendance is important. Each Lesson builds upon the last. To obtain the best results, please be on time and attend your lessons and classes.

CANCELATION OR TERMINATION
Should a student or parent wish to discontinue lessons, classes or courses, 2 week's notice is appreciated. Cunsumer is reponsible for cancelling their pricing plan or auto payment. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS.
Singing-Studios Music Lessons and Classes reserves the right to terminate services to any student. Poor behavior or actions from students, parents, guardians, family members or friends will not be tolerated. Please be respectful.

STUDENT SAFETY
Instructors have completed and passed a criminal background check and are CPR First Aid Certified. A waiting area is available. We strongly encourage guardians of minor children to wait while their child's lesson is conducted. Be Advised: There is a recording video secruity camera in the music studio.​
REFERRALS AND REVIEWS
Referrals There's no greater compliment than a referral. When you refer a friend and they pay for their first month of tuition, or enroll in a music class or course you will receive a $20 gift card or tuition credit. Your friend's first lesson or class is free.
Reviews We love when you brag about us! When a student or their guardian write a positive review on Yelp, Google, Facebook or any other social media platform. Tell us about it! Verified reviews will earn you a $10 gift card or tuition credit as a token of our appreciation. (only one per student)
